Mechanical booster pump(ATM moving type) consist of two lobed rotors mounted on parallel shafts in casing. The rotors have substantial clearance(0.1~0.6mm) between themselves and the housing. They rotate in synchronism in opposite directions at speed of 3500rpm. This is possible because a fluid is not used to seal the gaps between the rotors and the pump housing. The two lobes counter-rotate to continuously transfer gas in one direction through the pump to backing line. Bestech's mechanical booster pumps are using high-grade alloy and special coated rotor to wear resistance and to enhance stiffness. Also, the special mechanical seal provide longer life cycle and reliability.
