DRY VACUUM PUMP(SCROLL TYPE)
When rotating scroll is rotating, crescent shaped gas pockets become smaller and smaller as shown in the figure no. 1 to 4. Gas is discharged to central port in the final stage.

2) Clean Exhaustion and Vacuum
ISP Pump does not use lubricating oil or sealing water, so oil suck-back and vacuum chamber doesn't occur.
3) Various Pressure Range
Double-wrap scroll design is so stable that ISP vacuum pump is capable to work from atmospheric pressure to ultimate pressure. You don't need to change power source between atmospheric pressure and vacuum level and do repeat operating in such a range.
4) Low Vacuum & Low Noise Level
When rotary scrolls turn around one time, intaking compressor will exhaust again and again. As a result, low vacuum level and minimum noise valve can occur.
5) High Efficiency
In ISP pump suction port and exhaust port do no contact directly. Each gas pocket is sealed to keep minimum leakage. Therefore ISP, high effective pump, saves a lot of operating cost.
6) Actually No Maintainment
Checking lubricant oil and oil filter always bother you. Now you will not see pump failure from emulsified oil or depreciation.
7) New Function & New Structure
AIR FLASH Unit, a standard feature is attached. Shaft seal is configurated better. As a result, capacity of exhausting vapor, foreign matter is improved. You can also find better reliability and maintainment period.
