This vacuum system is Resin pieces foamed & cut in a certain size are placed on aluminium packs, sealed by a three-sided sealing machine. Then high vacuum sealing machine sets and heats the items up to 10-6 Torr. This system is constructed to make required vacuum levels as fast as it can. Vacuum adiabatic effect is great enough to keep semi-permanent in a needed vacuum state. Other similar applications are a vacuum packing machine and vacuum automatic sealing system and so on. In the case of vacuum automatic sealing system, it can replace existing vapor and oxidizing gas with nitrogen and inert gas up to a particular pressure.

• 1) The chamber is constructed with aluminium #70. Non-welding has its weight and leakage possibility reduced largely
  
  2) Liquidized nitrogen trap and booster pump are applied to increase vacuum speed
  
  3) The chamber has a ø400 sightglass on the center of the upper chamber in order to minimize deforming, which may happen on the center
  
  4) There are welded bellows for up and down transmitting parts on heating axis, so they can decrease the vacuum leakage as much as possible
  
  5) Oil pressure moves a chamber door up and down. It's designed to reduce problems as many as possible in opening and closing
  
  6) Many safety devices are installed for potential troubles
